Our approach to servicing differs from many of our competitors in that we take pride in carrying out an in depth, unhurried service that fully complies with the manufacturers recommendations.

Not satisfied with that, we carry out additional checks to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the gas appliances in your home.

Our work is fully documented on a gas safety record sheet. The top copy is given to you for your household records. Our service also includes safety checks to ensure your home is free from gas leaks, tests to ensure that the pressure regulator at your gas meter is functioning correctly and where ever applicable an exhaust gas analysis of the device being serviced. Where this is done a printed copy of the result is also left with you for your household records.

If your property is rented, these checks will fully satisfy the requirements for a landlord safety check.
